After a long season on the ice, it is time to get your body healthy and strong, as you prepare for Spring Tryouts and Training Camps. What you do over the next 6-Weeks will determine your destiny for the 2018-2019 Season ahead. TRYOUT PROGRAM DETAILS
It is our role to use our knowledge and experience to help guide these players to achieve their goals of playing at the next level.
March 5th – April 27th
Training will be focused on helping players improve their On-Ice Speed, Agility, & Strength on the Puck.
1-Hour Training Sessions (Speed/Agility/Quickness)
2 Body Composition Analysis (Beg/End)
Athlete Meal Plan (Based on Analysis & Goals)
Performance Workshops (Nutrition/Tryout Prep/Stretch & Recover)
The 2018 Hockey Tryout Training Program can only accommodate 12 players. Please confirm your spot ASAP to guarantee registration.
