Growing up playing high-level sports, strength and conditioning was an important part of training, and you can ask friends/family/teammates that is what I loved.
Ever since I was 7 years old, I have been competing in multiple sports. Hockey, softball/t-ball, gymnastics and school sports kept me quite busy year round.
From years of competitive sports I have developed a passion to help athletes train to improve their performance and to help anyone to achieve their fitness goals.
