BABEies Bootcamp

LP’s Baby Bootcamp undoubtedly saved my sanity and kept my mental health in check during maternity leave. The fact that my body is stronger, leaner, fitter, and more capable than ever before is like the icing on the cake. So much to be proud of and grateful for.

 

Fall Session:

  • September 5th – December 21st
  • 16 Week Session
    • Includes 46 Classes (No Classes on Labour Day & Thanksgiving)
  • Cost – $483 + HST
    • $50 Deposit to Reserve Spot
    • Broken up into 2 Payments

Winter Session:

  • January 7th (2019) – April 26th (2019)
  • 16 Week Session
    • Includes 43 Classes (No Classes on Family Day, March Break & Good Friday)

One Quick Note From The LP Team – PLEASE READ

Due to safety reasons we ask that you do not bring your young toddlers (1 Year +) to the workout classes.

We want to ensure that Limitless is a safe environment for our Members & Moms, as well as your Babies. Our classes are busy and the use of heavy equipment is not suitable for young ones running around.

As coaches, we want everyone to get the full LP Experience!!

If you would like your toddlers to be a part of the LP Experience, we have our great kid-friendly Bootcamp every Sunday at 9am.

I did two 8-week BABEies fitness sessions with Sarah at LP, and I’m truly disappointed that I am going back to work and won’t be able to attend a third.  I’m someone that normally dreads any kind of work-out and hasn’t seen the inside of a gym in more than a few years, but I found myself actually looking forward to my sessions at LP.  Sarah is a fantastic instructor who keeps the workouts varied and interesting – I was never bored.  They are difficult enough to allow me to challenge and push myself, but not to the point where I felt I couldn’t get through it.  This is no easy feat when the members of the class are at all different stages post-partum and different levels of fitness.  The atmosphere was fun and upbeat and I got a killer workout!  I can’t say enough great things about Sarah and LP.  I know I’ll miss my workouts now that my mat leave is ending. – Mom of 1, 31

Hello to all of our expecting and new Moms out there!

This is a very special and important time of your life, the beginning of a new family, or maybe a growing family. Not one bit of pregnancy or raising of a newborn is easy but as you know, it is extremely important to take care of YOU along the way!

Make yourself the mom you always dreamed of being. The mom who cares so much about her family that she takes great care of herself and is a great role model to her children and loved ones. This sounds like an easy process but most of us don’t know where to start.

  • How long should I wait to recover after child birth before working out?
  • What am I allowed to participate in while pregnant?
  • What are some safe activities that I can do to make labour easier?
  • What am I able to do right after child birth to start getting my body back?
    How do I fit in my workout with my new baby?

If you are sitting there wondering about any of the answers to these questions, then we can help. LP’s BABEies BOOTCAMP you new Moms out there. You and your baby will have the opportunity to work out together! No more worrying about a babysitter or spending extra time getting your baby to and from the babysitter just to work out. Bring them along with you to an amazing and fun LP workout!!

I cannot say enough great things about the BABEies bootcamp at LP! I’m in better shape nine months post-partum than I have ever been. Besides the amazing trainers that constantly motivate me to really challenge myself, I’ve had the chance to have one-on-one consultation to improve my nutrition. I know that without the nutritional support that was included in this program, I would not have seen the results that I did.

I was very intimidated when I first started since I thought LP was only for hard-core athletes. I quickly learned that they truly have their members’ best interest at heart and are able to provide modifications based on personal restrictions.
