“With retirement and aging, fitness has been something that has slipped a little. Life got busy, work demanded a lot in the last few years and fitness just didn’t make the top of the priority list.
Moving forward, I want to live a full life with my grandchildren and spouse. I know exercise is important but I am not sure what I should and shouldn’t be doing, leaving me a little nervous to get started. I need to find a good workout and maybe meet some new friends my age.

The LP Boomer Fitness program gives you the opportunity to keep your body moving and feeling good so you can enjoy life, travel, play with your grand kids, socialize with friends and keep the doctor away!
Designed to include proper exercises at the right intensity to minimize your aches and pains, this program will keep you motivated as you build your fitness routine.

Tuesdays and Thursdays – 11:30am-12:30pm
16 sessions – $240 + HST (approx. $15/session)
