LP Lift

Strength and Conditioning

4-5x/week program for the LP Member interested in improving their strength and technique in the Power and Olympic lifts. These members will be focusing on improving their maximum lifts while working at higher percentages of their 1RM. This program will also have a conditioning component 3x/week.

If you have a passion for Squats, Bench Press, Deadlifts, Clean & Jerk, and Snatch than this is the ultimate program for you.

The LP Method

Get ready to train with other focused and goal oriented individuals that will push you through each and every workout. Although strength training will be the focus of each workout, there will also be a conditioning component 3x/week with different types of circuits, aerobic, and anaerobic conditioning.

Testing and Assessments will occur every three months to ensure constant progression with your strength and conditioning. In addition to the testing and assessments you will meet with a coach every three months for a body composition analysis, goal setting, and nutrition consultation.
