5 RDL – 5 Good Mornings

5 Downward Dog to Cobra – 5 Bird Dogs each

Core Lift – Deadlifts:

4 reps @ 80% 1RM x 4 sets w/

4 Hurdle to Box Jump

Muscular Conditioning – 30 seconds/exercise x 4 sets:

1. Barbell Step-ups

2. Bent-over Rows

3. Dips

4. HSPU/Wall Walks
