Part 3 – Partner Pain

4 Stations, 8 mins each with 2 min rest in between.

1. Run

  • Partner Banded Sprints

    • Down & Back = 1
    • 3, 2, 1, 2, 3, 2, 1
  • Burpees after sprints:

    • 5, 10, 15, 10, 5, 10, 15

2. Bike

  • Partner 1 – 8 Calorie Sprint

  • Partner 2 – Mini Core (AMRAP)

    • 5 Cross Body Climbers
    • 5e Plank w/ Knee Drives

3. Jump

  • 15e Box Jump Overs
  • 15 Wall Balls
    • Back & Forth w/ Partner

4. Swing

  • Back & Forth w/ Partner:

    • 10 KB Swings
    • 10 Jump Squats
    • 10 V-Tucks
