Catalyst Warm-up

  • Wrist, Elbow, & Shoulder Circles
  • Torso Twists Upright & Bentover
  • Pulse Lunges – Straight, Angle, Side
  • Spider Lunge, Lunge & Rotation
  • Hip Circles & Knee Circles

Part 3 – EOMOM

8 minutes @ each station (4 sets per partner) with a 2 minute rest in between. Partner 1 working in minute 1, partner 2 working in minute 2…

Station 1: Deads

In one minute complete:
  • 40 Skips then as many DEADS as possible

 

Station 2: Knee Raises

In one minute complete:
  • 5 Burpees then as Knee Raises as possible

Station 3: Front Squats

In one minute complete
  • 10 v – sits then as many Front Squats as possible

 

Station 4: Push Press

In one minute complete:
  • 10 box jumps then as many push presses as possible
