Part 3 – AMRAP BURNER!

7 – 5 minute stations with 1 minute rest in between each station. As many reps as possible at each station. One partner working at a time. Switch partners and split reps whenever you choose.

  • V-sits

  • Sled Pushes

  • Chins

  • KB Swings

  • Bike Cals

  • Wall Balls

  • Ropes

    (reg/alt/kneeling/lunges/russian twist)
