  • Hops FWD & BACK x 20
  • Hurdle Sprint
  • Equalizer FWD & BCK Agility x 3 Equalizers

Part 3 – YOU GOTTA PUSH IT! (40mins)

EOMOM Rotate back and forth with a partner through each exercise for MAX Distance in 1 minute. Stay at each station for 4 sets than move to the next.

#1: ROW

  • 1500m + MAX Hops over Rower

#2: Skips

  • 80 + MAX Mountain Climbers

#3: BIKE

  • 8 cals + MAX Box Jumps

#4: Quick Feet

MAX Reps (Start RD 2 where your left off….)

  • Up-Up-Dn-Dn – 10e
  • Toe Taps – 20e
  • Lateral Up-Up-Dn-Dn – 10e
  • Lateral Toe Taps – 20e
  • Crossovers – 10e 

#5: Sprints

  • 3 Lengths + MAX Broad Jumps
