40 Seconds on, 20 Seconds off for 3 rounds

  • Bike Calories

  • Pull-Ups plus Hang

  • Lengths (Fwd, Fwd-Back, Fwd-Back + Burpee)

  • Wall Balls

  • Skips

  • DB Squats

 

 

FINISHER: Attempt a 3 Minute Weighted Wall Sit (Y or G for Ladies, B or R for Guys)
