Dynamic Warm-up

Movement Prep:

3e – RDL, Muscle Snatch, Power Snatch, Strict Press, OH Squat, Snatch Balance

5e – Split Squat

Core Lift – Snatch :

Set 1-2: 3 reps @ 60%

Set 3-4: 2 reps @ 70%

Set 5-6: 2 reps @ 80%

Set 7-8: 1 rep @ 85-90%

Set 9-10: 1 rep @ 90-95%

FUn Partner Circuit:

50 Cal Row each

50 Deadlifts each

50 Dips each

50 Thrusters each
