Improve Flexibiltiy And Reduce Pain!

LP Stretching and Mobility:

If you want to improve your flexibility/mobility and at the same time get rid of aches and pains in your knees, hips, or shoulders then this three day per week routine will be a great addition to your routine.

Check out the Day 1 Upper and Lower Body Stretches. Stay tuned for the other programs:
