WARM UP

Part 1 – Movement Prep (5 mins)

  • Small Plate Shoulder Routine – 10e

    • Y – Out Front

    • T – Side w/ Arms Bent

    • W – Reverse Bent-over


Part 2 – Close Grip Bench Superset (20 mins)

  • 20, 15, 10, 5 Close Grip Bench

  • 1min Straight Arm Plank

 

Part 3 – Full Body BLAST (20 mins)

One partner starts on each exercise and rotates through the circuit! Take a 2min BREAK after completing each round.


Part 4 – Plank Showdown

  • Max SIDE Plank Hold

  • Alternate sides every 30sec/1min

  • Entire Group at once
