Meet Erika, LP Member of the Month for October 2016! You will find Erika and her ladies at 4:30 p.m. working hard, EVERY DAY!
Since starting LP in March 2015, Erika has become one of our most dedicated members, getting to the gym at least 6 days a week, if not 7, most weeks! Because of this, Erika has seen amazing results!
The keys to these results seem easy enough! As Erika puts it, her keys to success are to be determined and never give up!
“There are going to be days where you don’t want to go to the gym because you are tired and busy, and that is okay. The important part is that you keep going and push yourself to improve every day.”
For her going to LP is what pushed her to workout and stick to it.
“It is important to surround yourself with people who will support you, both when you fall and when you do well, again LP does this for her!”
It is the family atmosphere that keeps Erika coming back for more!
“Every workout the motivation is there to push each other to work hard. The workouts are always challenging and fun, especially when they are team or partner workouts. LP is a group of like-minded individuals working hard to achieve their goals.”
Erika always seemed to have the motivation to workout. When she started the gym about 2 years before finding LP, she had no idea what to do once she walked into the gym doors, and found herself bored and unmotivated.
Erika always works out after a long 12 hour shift, and lacked the energy and encouragement to work out hard. But LP changed this!
Erika was referred to LP by another client with the intention of trying it out for a couple of weeks, learning some new ideas, and returning to her other gym that she was already a member of. But those two weeks got her HOOKED! She loved it, and ended up leaving the other gym to continue with LP.
Erika takes her dedication and motivation home with her, and is a great role model for her daughter who lives an active lifestyle and goes to the gym regularly, and has gotten her husband on board with them as well!
They love sharing stories about workouts and challenges and help each other to eat as healthy as possible. Working together has helped them to eat a lot healthier than before and see the best results that they possibly could!
