Every week our BABEIES Bootcamp puts a smile on everyones face at LP (yes, even smiley babies!)
A group of strong minded and even stronger willed women make their way to LP every week while juggling the busy life of being not only mothers but working women, family women and who knows what else these ladies have going on.
But they always make sure their LP Workout is scheduled into their day. Babies in tow.
The group environment at LP Babies Bootcamp goes beyond Mommy and Baby – the friendships that are made between mothers, trainers and babies is what makes babies bootcamp a place for everyone. When you workout with our BABEies crew you are working alongside friends which makes for an hour workout a social outing as well! Being able to get out of the house three times a week – both Mommy and Baby – gives a routine that allows for both work and play. Meeting other Mothers just like you, babies interacting and getting to play together in a safe environment – what more could you ask for?
Not only do you get a great workout and meet some friends along the way, but the Mamas meet with our LP coaches for monthly weigh ins to keep track of their goals and results… and let me tell you the results speak for themselves. Keeping track of where our Moms are with body composition gives them a better understanding of where they feel most comfortable, where they have been and where they would like to be to in order to feel their best.

Married with one son, Cohen who is 10 months
I had heard the stories, it wasn’t like other gyms and you work really hard – true bootcamp style.
Physically it was what I needed, over the next few months I was able to drop some weight, gain some muscle and feel more like me again. The three days a week class got us into a great routine; it gave us a schedule and kept us busy and active.
My experience has been amazing, I tell everyone about LP and wonder if there is anything else truly like this.
Married with two kids – Lillian age 3 and Vedder almost 9 months
Being active after my second pregnancy has done wonders for my overall health.
I absolutely love that I can bring my son with me. And my daughter too when she wants to tag along! I also love that Lillian is able to participate in some of the warm up and exercises. She always asks to come to “ exercise” with me and I think it’s great that I can provide her with positive role modelling on the importance of being physically active from an early age.
I’m pretty close to being in the best shape of my life right now. I’ve definitely never felt this strong before, and have never pushed myself like I have in Bootcamp.
Married + One Babe
LP Bootcamp has had an incredibly multi-faceted positive impact on my life during maternity leave.
It has been amazing to have a frequent and scheduled reason to get out of the house with the baby, and hang out with other women in exactly the same stage of life, facing the same challenges. Stressing out over a new change in your baby’s development? Someone there went through that last week. Feeling like you’re at your wit’s end and don’t know how to get out of a rut? Everyone there gets it, inherently. So you vent and you sweat and you go home feeling a little more human than when you arrived, with a little more of a sense of “I can do this”.
LP’s Baby Bootcamp undoubtedly saved my sanity and kept my mental health in check during maternity leave. The fact that my body is stronger, leaner, fitter, and more capable than ever before is like the icing on the cake. So much to be proud of and grateful for.
Married with an eight month old daughter
Favourite part about LP is the dynamic workouts – I never get bored and feel that I am always pushed to work harder.
I feel more alert and energetic, I sleep better. I feel I can handle stress better. My mood is definitely always better after an intense LP work out. Mentally I feel I am better able to handle the challenges I face as a new Mom as I know I am looking after my own health as well.
It is such a supportive and encouraging atmosphere. All the trainers are very friendly and approachable.
Whether it be to keep up with their growing babies, get back to their pre-baby body composition or simply to be in the best shape of their life, these women have set both small and large goals for themselves. As mothers they know how hard they work day in and day out and how well deserved their hour-a-day workout is to their overall health and wellness.
“It’s nice to push yourself and feel like not just a Mom”
Life after Babies Bootcamp? Here at LP we have had 10 + Mom’s graduate from Babies Bootcamp to our FIT program!
“After seeing amazing results I just wanted to keep going”
“I wanted to continue with group training after BABEies because of the culture. I thought it was really wonderful to be able to establish relationships with all of the coaches and all of the other members”
Going back to work and getting into a regular routine can be challenging and stressful but continuing to focus on your health is just as important. By making their LP workouts a priority it has helped regulate our transitioned Moms’ routines and give them that extra bit of “Me Time”! The transition from BABEies to FIT has been smooth sailing for all of our FIT Mamas who now enjoy their LP workouts just the same – only this time around no babies.
