Stu Eitel – 50 – Store Manager

In just 8 months time, the ring leader, and energy of the 7am Crew, Stu has lost 30lbs!

What’s his secret?

With the combination of hard work at the gym and a balanced diet it has been a successful journey to weight loss and better health!

From day one Stu has been committed to 5 workouts per week! He starts his day off at 7am everyday with a brisk one hour workout and then it is off to work! Waking up early, getting a good sweat on, and eating a balanced breakfast before he gets his day started is his key to success!

“I’ve been at LP for 8 months now and it has changed my life in many ways. I started on February 4th; Day 1 of the 18 day Challenge and Day 1 of my journey to becoming healthy, happy, and fit.”

Before Stu started at LP he was starting to have some health issues, was dealing with the aches and pains of life, and knew he needed a change!

“When I joined LP, I was 240 pounds and my overall health was not good. My blood pressure was high, my weight was going out of control, I had problems sleeping most nights, I had no energy and I had a lot of joint pain.  My clothes were getting bigger as I tried to hide the weight and my self-esteem was pretty low.

How it started:

“Last year, my wife Joni introduced me to Limitless Performance when she bought me a gift card for 10 group sessions for Christmas. I was very apprehensive, I had never been to a gym before, my self-confidence was low. I didn’t know if I could get through the work outs, knowing a lot of younger, fit people would be there made it very difficult to start.”

“Thanks to my wife Joni and Tyler Curtis for getting me started and giving me the support in the early days to keep going. It has changed my life.”

“In addition to the workouts, Michelle coached me on how important it is to eat healthy. Before LP, I thought skipping meals was the answer but I learned the opposite is true. Now I’m eating more than I ever did. Now, I eat regular, healthy meals and snacks.

“Through a healthy diet and  challenging LP workouts 5 days a week, I truly feel like a new person.  I look forward to working out every day at 7 AM with my fellow ‘wise men’ , Rudi and Rob, the always enthusiastic and supportive Keith Schappert and the rest of the crew.  Most days, I’m amazed with all we accomplish in our one hour work outs.

If you would have told me a year ago, I would be feeling this great and looking forward to 7AM workouts every day, I would have told you, no way but here I am.”

Marriage and Relationship:

“Joni and I are both very committed to LP and our new health and fitness routine. We shop and prepare meals together and have found the workouts help to relieve the stresses of every day life. We’re healthier and happier and have found we have a renewed outlook on our life together.

Joining the LP family 8 months ago was the best decision I’ve made in a long time. The LP atmosphere is always positive, supportive, upbeat and contagious. Although I’m not quite at my goal yet, I know I’ll get there with the help and support of the LP family.”
