Movement Prep:

5 Push-ups w/ 5 Rows

5 Pull-Aparts w/ 5 Dislocates

Core Lift – Bench Press:

7 Reps @ 80% 1RM x 4 sets

Super-set w/ 7 Plyo Push-ups

Conditioning:

1. 6 Lengths x 20m Shuttle

– Target under 1 minute x 3 sets

2. Box Jumps – 25, 15, 5

– Alternating with a partner

– Increase Box Height

3. Bosu Ball Core

– 10 Front Raises

– 10 Jacknifes

– 10 Figure-8’s

– Over and Backs
