Dynamic Warm-up

Movement Prep:

5 Split Squats per Leg

5 Air Squats – 5 Prisoner Squats – 5 OH Squats

Strength – Back Squats:

5 Reps @ 85% 1RM x 5 sets

w/ 5 Box Jumps

Conditioning (6min/Station):

1. Shuttle Runs – 20m x 2 alternating with a partner (10 sets)

2. Rower – 250m row alternating with a partner (3 sets)

3. Core Ball:

– 10 Jack Knife

– 10 Twists

– 10 V-Sits
