Conditioning:

a) Partner Sprints – 2 lengths

b) Core Ball Routine – 10 Jacknifes/pikes, 10 Twists, 10 Pistons

c) Box Jump Pyramid – 25, 15, 10, 5 – Decreasing reps and Increasing Boxes
