Push Ups/Rows

Strength – Bench Press:

5 Reps @ 85% 1RM x 5 sets

w/ 5 Plyo Push Ups

Muscular Conditioning:

1. Strict Pull Ups

2. Strict Press

3. Barbell Row

4. Crossover Step Up

12, 10, 8, etc alternating with partner

Finisher:

Sleds with Burpee Box Jumps
