Part 1 – Dynamic Warm Up (5 minutes)
Part 2 – Movement Prep (10 minutes)
Skill Day (1min each x 3 sets)
- Partner 1 On Turf: Straight Arm Plank
- Partner 2: Hollow Hold (30sec) + Superman Hold (30sec)
Part 3 – Active Rest Pyramid
Working back and forth with a partner, complete each station once through, then move onto the next. Aim to finish 4+ stations total.
In between stations, each partner does 20 Burpees.
1. Bike
Pyramid: 5, 10, 15
- Partner 1 – Bike Cals
- Partner 2 – R1:DB Man-Makers, R2:Burpee Box Jumps, R3:Box Jumps
2. Skip
Pyramid: 10, 15, 20
- Partner 1: Skip (100, 150, 200)
- Partner 2: Wall Balls, Chin-ups, Push-ups
3. Row
Pyramid: 10, 15, 20
- Partner 1: Row Cals
- Partner 2: Mountain Climbers, KB Swings, V-Tucks
