Part 1 – Dynamic Warm Up (5 minutes)

Part 2 –  Workout Primer EMOM

5 reps per minute. X 3 rounds through (9 mins) In remaining minute complete BONUS cardio. Stay at the SAME station for ALL three rounds and than move to the next.

  • 1-Leg Glute Bridge (Med Ball Slams)
  • Cat Camel (Burpee Climbers (4e leg climbers)
  • Banded RDL (Single Leg Rev Lunge w JUMP/KNEE DRIVE)

Part 4 – Adventure Finisher
30 seconds ON, 30 seconds OFF

4 rounds total, 8 minutes per round. Solo mission. Wait to start the next round at the buzzer.

  • Rope Slams (Kneeling, Russian twist, regular)
  • Stability Ball Roll Up
  • Bosu Burpees
  • Med Ball Sit Up Throw to Wall
  • TRX Sled Pull (dwn) + Sled Push (bck)
  • Elbow Plank Taps

In Remaining 2 minutes complete…

  • Round 1 – 2 Min Burpees
  • Round 2 – 2 Min Push-Ups
  • Round 3 – 2 Min Mountain Climbers
  • Round 4 – 2 Min V-Tucks
