Part 3 – YOU GOTTA PUSH IT! (40mins)
EOMOM Rotate back and forth with a partner through each exercise for MAX Distance in 1 minute. Stay at each station for 4 sets than move to the next.

- 1500m + MAX Hops over Rower

- 80 + MAX Mountain Climbers
#3: BIKE
- 8 cals + MAX Box Jumps
#4: Quick Feet
MAX Reps (Start RD 2 where your left off….)
- Up-Up-Dn-Dn – 10e
- Toe Taps – 20e
- Lateral Up-Up-Dn-Dn – 10e
- Lateral Toe Taps – 20e
- Crossovers – 10e
#5: Sprints
- 3 Lengths + MAX Broad Jumps
