Every week our BABEies Bootcamp puts a smile on everyones face at LP (even smiley babies…most of the time!)
A group of strong-minded and even stronger-willed women like you make their way to their LP workout, baby in tow, despite never enough sleep, never-ending to-do lists and ever-changing nap times, proving to be a strong role model for their child.
At LP, the environment goes beyond Mommy and Baby. Long-lasting friendships made between mothers, trainers and babies is ultimately what makes this program a place for everyone.
When you workout with our BABEies program, you are among friends which makes an hour workout a social outing as well! Making time for an LP workout provides a routine that allows for both work and play, gives structure to take personal time for you and offers the opportunity to model healthy behaviours for your children. What more could you ask for?

I had heard the stories it wasn’t like other gyms and you work really hard – true bootcamp style.
Physically it was what I needed. Over the next few months I was able to drop some weight, gain some muscle and feel more like me again. The three days a week got us into a great routine. It gave us a schedule and kept us busy and active.

It has been amazing to have a frequent and scheduled reason to get out of the house with the baby, and hang out with other women in exactly the same stage of life, facing the same challenges. Stressing out over a new change in your baby’s development? Someone there went through that last week. Feeling like you’re at your wit’s end and don’t know how to get out of a rut? Everyone there gets it, inherently. So you vent and you sweat and you go home feeling a little more human than when you arrived, with a little more of a sense of “I can do this”.
LP’s Baby Bootcamp undoubtedly saved my sanity and kept my mental health in check during maternity leave. The fact that my body is stronger, leaner, fitter, and more capable than ever before is like the icing on the cake. So much to be proud of and grateful for.

Being active after my second pregnancy has done wonders for my overall health. I absolutely love that I can bring my son with me. I think it’s great that I can provide positive role modelling on the importance of being physically active from an early age.
I’m pretty close to being in the best shape of my life right now. I’ve definitely never felt this strong before, and have never pushed myself like I have in Bootcamp.

I never get bored and feel that I am always pushed to work harder. I feel more alert and energetic and I sleep better. I feel I can handle stress better. My mood is definitely always better after an intense LP work out. Mentally I feel I am better able to handle the challenges I face as a new Mom as I know I am looking after my own health as well.
It is such a supportive and encouraging atmosphere. All the trainers are very friendly and approachable.
Your BABEies Bootcamp Options
Is there an age cap for BABEies Bootcamp?
Due to safety reasons we ask that you do not bring your young toddlers (1 Year +) to the workout classes.
Can I still workout while Breastfeeding?
It’s 100% safe!!
When can I start working out after having my baby?
We recommend you wait 6 weeks postpartum and received clearance from your physician.
Will my baby be too young to bring to BABEies Bootcamp?
All ages are welcome up until a year old.
What do I bring each class?
1) Athletic Wear
2) Running/Cross Trainer Shoes
3) Water bottle
4) Blanket and any toys or snacks for your little one
What if I can’t do an exercise quite yet? Will there be an alternative/modification?
Each coach at LP will be able to give you an alternative and modification if something doesn’t feel right! We are here to help every step of the way!!
