After years of fitness testing data the LP Crew has compiled the results and created some LP Fit Standards to motivate and encourage our Members to strive for greatness. These levels are similar to levels you would see in gymnastics and many other competitive sports.

Below are the 5 Levels of Fitness as described by LP:
